How to get Affiliation / Approval?

Eligibility Criteria for NETD Study Centre 

The NETD Study Centre should satisfy the following criteria.

• Should be in business (IT related or otherwise) or should be a professional with the required entrepreneurial acumen.

• Should be willing to invest required amount of money in setting up a centre with proper infrastructure and man power.

• Should have commitment for providing quality training to students.

• Should be willing to be a part of the NETD team in accepting the terms and condition and procedures as laid down by NETD.

NETD as defined Skills development Education is the process of identifying your skill gaps, and developing and honing these skills. It is important because your skills determine your ability to execute your plans and Job with success. NETD certification Organization is provides Self Employment skill/vocational courses for students with an introductory knowledge and understanding of self-employment and requirements for success. NETD Vocational Education Council offers Vocational / Skill Development Training courses under Skill for Education and Employability for Skill Development Incorporated Under the legislation.

Eligibility

Following applicants are eligible to apply 

1. Training Institutes set up by Companies/ Proprietorship ​

​

Any educational/ training institute fulfilling any of the following criteria:

1. Institutes owned/ promoted by Companies/ Proprietorship/Institutes managed/ run by Companies/ Proprietorship/Company/ Firm/ Trust.

​

 Hardware Requirements:

1. Printer

2. Scanner

3. Internet connection

4. Electricity

5. AC/fan.

 

VTC/TC (The affiliation fee varies according to the sector and the scheme)

 

• Application fee: Rs.5, 000 /- to be submitted along with the completed application form. Affiliation fee: Rs.10, 000/- for single Skill Section or Rs.25, 000/ for Multiple Skill Section after review by the NETD and acceptance of Application.

• The Approval certificate will be valid for 3 years with every year’s surveillance due from the date of issue

• Institute can be run certificate course form selected skill section.

Affiliation request would be deemed as completed under following conditions:

• Affiliation is granted on the basis of job roles. Therefore, a Training Center has to apply for affiliation only for the accredited job roles.

• The Training Center shall pay an affiliation fee for each job role. Training Center is advised to apply for affiliation as soon as it gets accredited; however, it is provided a maximum of 1-month period to seek affiliation. In cases where six months have elapsed since the accreditation date of an unaffiliated Training Center, it would require to re-accredit itself before applying for affiliation.

• The online affiliation request is forwarded to the concerned NETD accreditation board, which reviews the request containing the accreditation report of all job roles as submitted by the Inspection Agency and the affiliation fee payment confirmation. Post review, the NETD shall award the Affiliation Certificate to the concerned Training Center.

Validity of Affiliation

The validity of affiliation of a Training Center is for a year from the date of affiliation. The Training Center has to apply for the renewal of affiliation at least three months in advance of the affiliation expiry date. The request for renewal of affiliation has to be sent only after renewal of accreditation, as only the Accredited Centers are eligible for affiliation. In case a Training Center gets de-accredited for any reason, its affiliation shall also be no longer valid. In such cases, the concerned Training Center may seek affiliation only after getting re-accredited for the specific job roles.

​About Centre Accreditation

Centre Accreditation is a quality assurance process for evaluation of the required parameters of the Training Centres. It is of key importance to ensure that the trainees are provided quality training, thereby creating the requirement to have a well-defined validation process of the Training Centres, creating the need of accreditation of Centres. Accreditation focuses on learning and self-development, and encourages the Training Centres to pursue continual excellence.

​Accreditation Standards

The Accreditation Standards inspected are related to the operations and services offered by the Training Centers to its trainees. These standards are a set of practices and concepts, as laid down by the SSCs and Accreditation Department  pertaining to each job role, that provide guidance to the Training Centers on all relevant aspects of skill.

How to get Affiliation / How to Register, Who can get affiliation Register?​

• Proprietorship firm.

• Organization.

• Partnership Firm.

• Public and Private Limited Company.​

Types of Affiliation / Registration.​

• There Are Two Types Of Center Registration But Center Has To Follow Both Types. First Center Has To Register Online With Requirement And Then By Filling Hard Copy Of Affiliation Form With Required Documents And Photographs.

​Required Documents and Photographs of Online Registration:-

1. Aadhar card.

2. PAN card.

3. Center HEAD Passport Size Colour Photograph.

4. Center Outer Photo ( Entry Gate)

5. Reception Room (Waiting Hall) Photographs.

6. Training Hall / Computer Lab Photograph.

7. Center Head cabin photograph.​

Brief Information of Center Head.

• Resume / CV of Center Head.

• Training/Study center Head Computer Certificate.( More than 4 Months)

• Registration certification. If they have: Trust, Company, Proprietorship firm. Organization, Partnership Firm, Public and Private Limited Company.

Notes:- NETD is above mention centres are allowed:

• Only one center village panchayat. 

• Each Pin code in each center at each block head. 

• Three centers in each taluk head.

• Five center in each district head and one district programme office.

• The affiliation fees is Non-refundable.

• Renewal of the NETD Training / Study center shall be done every year.

• Renewal of Training Center must be done within 15 days from the last date of Affiliation.​

Renewal fees yearly ones:- *The affiliation fee varies according to the sector and the scheme. 

• Rs.3000/- for VTC/TC/

• Rs.6,000/- for Skill School.

• Rs.2,000/- for Community college.​

​

Process of Payment Deposition: There are four ways to make payment of affiliation or center registration.

• NEFT ( National Electronics Fund Transfer )

• Demand Draft.

• Cash Credit to Account.

• Credit Card / Debit Card / Pay TM​

What Material will get to Training /Study Center:  After registration training center will get following material.

• Affiliation Letter/ Registration Letter.

• Sample Center Banner ( Soft Copy)

• NETD Boucher.

• Sample Students Certificate.

• Sample Students Mark sheet.

• NETD Courses List

• NETD Students registration Form

• Identity Card to Head..

• Pamphlets Sample.

• Login Username and Password

Schedule for Affiliation: The process of affiliation is Minimum one month Durational Process.

• After Successful Online Submission of Registration/ Affiliation form you will get provisional ID for reference ( Within 5 Days from Registration and Payment )

• Our District Co-coordinator will visit your Training center /Study center (within the 10 days after getting ID.

• Our co-ordinator submitted the report to Head office and then you will provide Affiliation letter. ( Within 10 days after co-ordinator Visit to training / Study center)

• Study and related material will be post to Training Center / Study center. (within 15 days After getting Affiliation Letter.)

• Center Login will be provided to the Training / Study center ( Username & Password)
