Registered under the Government of India and the Government of Kerala, NETD operates a centrally managed network of affiliated institutions, authorized study centres, and franchise partners across India.
NETD offers 9,879+ industry-oriented certificate, diploma, vocational, and professional programmes spanning Information Technology, Management, Healthcare, Technical Education, Hospitality, Fire Safety, Yoga, Child Development, and other career-focused disciplines.

INTRODUCTION
NETD as defined, Skills Development Education is the process of identifying your skill gaps, and developing and honing these skills. It is important because your skills determine your ability to execute your plans and job with success.
NETD Certification Organization provides Self Employment skill/vocational courses for students with an introductory knowledge and understanding of self-employment and requirements for success. NETD Vocational Education Council offers Vocational / Skill Development Training courses under Skill for Education and Employability for Skill Development Incorporated Under the legislation.
Our aim is to spread skill education, promote employability and enhance soft skills in every individual across India.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NETD STUDY CENTRE
The NETD Study Centre should satisfy the following criteria
Should be in business (IT related or otherwise) or should be a professional with the required entrepreneurial acumen.
Should be willing to invest required amount of money in setting up a centre with proper infrastructure and manpower.
Should have commitment for providing quality training to students.
Should be willing to be a part of the NETD team in accepting the terms and conditions and procedures as laid down by NETD.

AFFILIATION REQUEST
Would be deemed as completed under following conditions:
Affiliation is granted on the basis of job roles. Therefore, a Training Center has to apply for affiliation only for the accredited job roles
The Training Center shall pay an affiliation fee for each job role. Training Center is advised to apply for affiliation as soon as it gets accredited; however, it is provided a maximum of 1-month period to seek affiliation. In cases where six months have elapsed since the accreditation date of an unaffiliated Training Center, it would require to re-accredit itself before applying for affiliation.
The online affiliation request is forwarded to the concerned NETD accreditation board, which reviews the request containing the accreditation report of all job roles as submitted by the Inspection Agency and the affiliation fee payment confirmation. Post review, the NETD shall award the Affiliation Certificate to the concerned Training Center.
VALIDITY OF AFFILIATION
The validity of affiliation of a Training Center is for a year from the date of affiliation. The Training Center has to apply for the renewal of affiliation at least three months in advance of the affiliation expiry date.
The request for renewal of affiliation has to be sent only after renewal of accreditation, as only the Accredited Centers are eligible for affiliation.
In case a Training Center gets de-accredited for any reason, its affiliation shall also be no longer valid. In such cases, the concerned Training Center may seek affiliation only after getting re-accredited for the specific job roles.
ABOUT CENTRE ACCREDITATION
Centre Accreditation is a quality assurance process for evaluation of the required parameters of the Training Centres. It is of key importance to ensure that the trainees are provided quality training, thereby creating the requirement to have a well-defined validation process of the Training Centres, creating the need of accreditation of Centres. Accreditation focuses on learning and self-development, and encourages the Training Centres to pursue continual excellence.
ACCREDITATION STANDARDS
The Accreditation Standards inspected are related to the operations and services offered by the Training Centers to its trainees. These standards are a set of practices and concepts, as laid down by the NETD-CVSSC and Accreditation Department pertaining to each job role, that provide guidance to the Training Centers on all relevant aspects of skill.

Only one center village panchayat.
Each Pin code in each center at each block head.
Three centers in each taluk head.
Five center in each district head and one district programme office.
The affiliation fees is Non-refundable.
Renewal of the NETD Training / Study center shall be done every year.
Renewal of Training Center must be done within 15 days from the last date of Affiliation.

SCHEDULE FOR AFFILIATION
After successful online submission of the Registration/Affiliation Form, you will receive a provisional ID for reference. (Within 5 days of registration and payment.)
Our District Coordinator will visit your Training Centre/Study Centre. (Within 10 days of receiving the ID.)
After the coordinator submits the inspection report to the Head Office, the Affiliation Letter will be issued. (Within 10 days of the coordinator's visit.)
Study materials and other related resources will be dispatched to the Training Centre/Study Centre. (Within 15 days of receiving the Affiliation Letter.)
Login credentials (Username & Password) will be provided to the Training Centre/Study Centre.
