ABOUT THE ROLE
The Vocational Skill Training Partner (VSTP) will act as a key link between NETD and training centers in your State.
You will be responsible for coordination, monitoring, guidance and promotion of skill training programs.
Together, we can empower youth and build a skilled India.

POWER & DUTIES
-
The Central Board of NETD will issue certificates, mark sheets, course completion and awards for students through CRO.
-
Coordinate between different VSTP/Centers.
-
VSTP will distribute certificate through the Community College/TC/VTC/Skill School to the Students.
-
Office equipment and materials should be sent to the VSTP through the CRO Office.
-
Maintain regular contact with State Regional Officer (VSTP) and monitor activities related to admission and syllabus.
-
Provide consultation and guidelines to VSTP/Community College/TC/VTC/Skill School.
-
Send monthly report of all Community College/TC/VTC/Skill School to CRO.
-
To bridge the gap between CRO (Central Registered Office) and TC.
-
To bridge the gap between VSTP/Centers and Headquarters.
-
To follow the direction and guidelines of CRO from time to time.
-
To organize press conferences, seminars and other promotional activities (State/District Level).
-
To recommend new training centre.
-
To bridge the gap between CRO (Central Registered Office) and TC.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES

Build and maintain partnerships with organizations and agencies.

Develop strategic plans and manage budgets.

Chair advisory council and provide program guidance.

Educate and train faculty, students and community partners.

Explore and strengthen service-learning opportunities.

Manage budget proposals and monitor expenditures.

Represent the College and promote programs.

Supervise faculty coordinators and develop teams.
-
Use data and assessment tools to track program impact.

Identify grants and funding opportunities.

Develop and maintain program website.
-
Perform other related duties as assigned.
